Design Case Study – West Bromwich Building Society

Brief was generally to update and revitalise the Society's branch design, and specifically to:

  • Attract younger customers without alienating existing customers
  • Up-sell and cross-sell
  • Layout to reflect customer journeys and activity zones
  • Encourage relaxed face to face contact in a warm and friendly environment
  • Project Mutuality and Community focus
  • Incorporate recommendations on relevant customer-facing technology
  • Match existing budget

New design produced excellent response from customers and staff, and achieved project objectives.
