Brief was generally to update and revitalise the Society's branch design, and specifically to:
- Attract younger customers without alienating existing customers
- Up-sell and cross-sell
- Layout to reflect customer journeys and activity zones
- Encourage relaxed face to face contact in a warm and friendly environment
- Project Mutuality and Community focus
- Incorporate recommendations on relevant customer-facing technology
- Match existing budget
New design produced excellent response from customers and staff, and achieved project objectives.
